ONE-OF-A-KIND ART PIECE
Robot Name : RadarBot
Robot Series : Droids
All custom art pieces are sculpted using items found at flea markets and antique shops and are not meant to be toys. As such, you will find patina, scratches, and/or dents in the various materials. All of these imperfections add to the beauty and character of the final sculpture.
The series of bots that fall under "Droids" have a unique finish to them where color has been applied first. Several layers of varying black wash and sanding techniques follow with a final layer of matt clear coat protection. The end result gives each sculpture a look and feel of having spent numerous years aboard a star-class spaceship in a scifi movie.

Interesting Facts
It's easy to get lost in space without the latest and greatest vacuum radio wave radar and scanning technology. This Droid makes the perfect ship companion for just such and occasion. Operating on all frequency channels, RadarBot can detect even the weakest of radio wave GPS chatter from the positional communication satellites stationed thought the solar system. However, he does tend to get lost on the way to the ship bridge on occasion. Maybe the close quarters don't agree with his signal receiving algorithms.
